All orders currently have a 3-5 business day turnaround unless otherwise noted. This processing time reflects the handmade nature of our products, and may be longer during busy seasons.

If products arrive broken within seven days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement. Email us at myprojectshell@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If an item breaks as a result of user error, it is not eligible for a replacement.
Approved claims are fulfilled within 15-20 business days.
