  • Our fidget clickers are not intended for those under the age of 5 years old. The fidget clickers contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the use of the product is at your own risk, and myprojectshell is not liable for misuse or unsupervised use.

  • Some of our products can be custom-ordered. Contact us at our email, myprojectshell@gmail.com, for more information on whether we can make your custom order.

  • All orders currently have a 3-5 business day turnaround unless otherwise noted. This processing time reflects the handmade nature of our products, and may be longer during busy seasons.

  • All sales are final. However,

    • If products arrive broken within seven days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement. Email us at myprojectshell@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

    • If an item breaks as a result of user error, it is not eligible for a replacement.

    • Approved claims are fulfilled within 15-20 business days.

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

  • You can not change your order once it is placed. Ensure that your shipping details, items, and item counts are correct when placing your order.
